Let the change begin within you.

Sangha Restorative Pathways offers restorative alternatives to conflict resolution for individuals, groups, and businesses. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and better outcomes can occur when we engage with one another to find solutions, rather than imposing a decision on someone or making the decisions for them.

Restorative Justice, Dialogue, and Circle Facilitation

Restorative justice involves structured yet flexible processes that brings people together to foster understanding, accountability, and healing. Rooted in Indigenous practices and community-based conflict resolution, restorative dialogues and restorative circles create a safe space for open dialogue, deep listening, and shared decision-making.
Restorative conversations can take a variety of structures. A trained facilitator can guide participants through a series of intentional conversations, individually or as part of a group. Restorative conversations and restorative circles can be used for a variety of purposes, including conflict resolution, community building, harm repair, and decision-making. Whether addressing an incident of harm or strengthening relationships proactively, restorative conversations provide a pathway to connection, trust, and meaningful change.

Workplace Consulting

Our consulting services are always tailored to meet the unique needs of your organization and community. We can provide guidance on integrating restorative practices into policies, procedures, and organizational culture, and provide hands-on training and support for using restorative processes to foster dialogue, accountability, and healing. We also specialize in developing restorative approaches to workplace conflict to creating workplaces and institutions that center fairness, voice, and belonging.

Training

Our restorative justice training equips individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills to foster accountability, repair harm, and build stronger communities. We offer interactive, practical training sessions tailored to schools, workplaces, and community organizations, helping participants integrate restorative principles into their daily practices. Training options include:

Intro to Restorative Justice – Foundations of restorative practices, principles, and their applications.
Basics of Restorative Dialogue – Introductory principles of incorporating restorative questions and principles into everyday conversations and low-risk conflict situations.
Restorative Circle Facilitation – Hands-on training in leading restorative circles for conflict resolution and community building.
Workplace Restorative Practices – Strategies for addressing workplace conflict, improving communication, and fostering a culture of trust.
Advanced & Custom Trainings – Specialized workshops tailored to your organization’s needs.

The fundamental unifying hypothesis of restorative practices is that “human beings are happier, more cooperative and productive, and more likely to make positive changes in their behavior when those in positions of authority do things with them, rather than to them or for them.”
